This is mine, not on the road but in the PH Photo Studio a couple of months ago.

I am off to France for 3 weeks at the end of next week. I'll post the " on the road" pictures then.

That 911 Carrera S badge does look a bit fussy doesn't it, where as the simple P O R S C H E is very tasty and retro.

I always thought just 'Turbo' or 'Carrera' or whatever in italics looked the most classy. Not keen on the new badges at all, but lovely cars.

I really like the way they have flattened out the hump that sat over the engine cover, especially on the cabs, they now have a much straighter line, a big improvement.

My only real gripe with these new fangled cars is that the distinction between the narrow and wide bodied cars isn't enough, I do like a fat arse to look at. Followed a 996 C4S home last night, still a very good looking car.

These cars do look amazing in the photos.

They look even better in the flesh.

For some reason that reminds me of BnB's car.

No, mine's relatively standard. Only has PDK, heated seats, multi function s/wheel and telephone module. But that's more than enough for me and my 1st 911.

Looks every bit as good as mine though doesn't it? And probably drives just as well too. Just a different flavour of a great car.

Love the look of the 991 from the back, the light clusters make it look nice and aggressive, a frown almost, wish the front end was a bit more agressive looking. Also agree the badges can make the back look a bit fussy, the plain Porsche badge much cleaner look. Looking fwd to seeing the GT3 and RS versions, especialy the front and rear spoiler setup.

Not mine, unfortunately, but spotted at last weeks Sunday Service.

There does seem to be a high proportion of 991 cabs. Agree with comments above that they've finally sorted our the rear bump from previous models!

That looks fun, have you got one of it from the side? I am intrigued as to what the shark fins look like on a 991.
