Got car back yesterday & am veyr pleased. Have driven 200 miles since then. Steve setup up the shocks for winter soft - 5/40 if I remember correctly. Well worth the loot & I can adjust by hand. Got all 4 done as liked the idea of them all being the same & new. Got to spoil yourself. He did sports exhaust conversion too. Top chap.
Further to the above, we have just enjoyed a 1,000 mile tour around Northern France. Last time with old shocks was OK but cobbled lanes & rough tracks a real headache. Bought a trolley jack at Halfords so could set up suspension myself - set it to softest available (thinking of my girlfriend of course). Well, I can suggest all Griff owners do the same with their shocks. Other highlights - had roof off for 3 days & reached 5,000rpm in the higher gears.....
