Aerospace Contracting in Canada

Hi,

I'm a stress engineer and I've had an opportunity pop up for a years contract in Montreal (I can guess who and for what product).

Has anyone operated on a Ltd Company basis from the UK for a contract in Canada? I'd like to get a run down on what's to be expected in terms of home and abroad taxes etc and any tips you may have.

This would be my first contract abroad and I want to make sure I don't forget anything. I'll speak to my accountant tomorrow, but would like to hear from those who have been there and done that. I guess this applies to other sectors as well.

I've checked the search function and my Google search terms just keep bringing up news articles about contracts Bombardier have won!
