Goodwood this weekend, anyone going ??

You have to park in a field so maybe best to leave the TVRs at home unless this fg weather clears up a bit sharpish

I'm going on Sunday.

Anyone else from Herts area going ? Fancy a convoy ? We could meet at South Mymms services ( A1/M25) junction.

Get there early... you want to have a nose round the paddock first.

Keep an eye out for drivers... the likes of Stirling Moss, Fittipaldi, Dickie Atwood et al will talk ALL day about their cars.

IMHO the best vantage point is outside the house, on the outside of the corner - you can see them coming up the hill, and there's a bit of a straight that's 2nd / 3rd gear - so they floor it... and also opposite the paddock entrance / exit, as the cars pootle in and out of there before and after runs - great piccy taking opporunity!

Other than that, you'll have a great time.

Well were going 99% in the TVR providing it comes back from the garage in time (its having its roll bar fitted only 4 months late) so we will probably see you there, R6CKT shouldn't be too hard to spot it will probably stuck in the mud anyway !!!!
Failing that I will be the one dicussing the great cars and complete lack of service with another Ben on the TVR stand !!!!

P.S. That looks more like a 99 Chiamera very nice with the lights !!!
