2005 RenaultSport Clio 182 Cup with full service history.

3 owners (including me), 2 keys (central locking), lots of receipts. MOT until April 2020 (will consider doing before sale) with no advisories on the last one. Low millage for its age with 77500 miles covered, this will increase slightly as it is still being used as a daily driver.

Cup wheels and Suspension, Cruise control, automatic wipers, electric windows. Half-leather "RenaultSport" seats. Fully working aircon

In Nov 2019 I replaced the Spark plugs with Renault ones.

In Dec 2019 The pre-cat O2/Lambda sensor was replaced with a Bosch unit. IMPORTANT - as of end of December - The engine light/O2 fault code has come back despite being changed again. The mechanic and I agree this suggests an electrical issue. The next step would be a point-to-point check of the O2 sensor-ECU wiring to try and find the issue. This could be quick, but it could also be rather time consuming. In light of this I have dropped the asking price from the original £2500 to £1850.

As stated the car has a full service history with lots of receipts, the most recent service in August 2019 which was a big one (£785 spent). This service included:

- A new alternator + alternator belt

- New water pump, (cam belt has been replaced previously and was checked and did not need replacing again)

- Aircon Service

- Replaced windscreen wiper mechanism

- Engine oil and coolant

Other Consumables replaced recently:

- New stainless steal sports exhaust fitted in 2018 this adds a small amount of extra exhaust noise but is not a huge difference from the OEM part that was replaced

- New Discs and Pads on the front in late 2017

- 4 Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tyres fitted approx. 23k miles ago.

Given the cars age it could do with some further TLC - All 4 alloys are marked, as photographed and there is one deep scratch on the bonnet as well as some lighter ones elsewhere on the car. When the car is cleaned and polished the paintwork outside of these areas is good.

I have owned the car for 4.5 years and do still love it, but having moved and covering more millage each day it is time for a change. It can be driven as is but will be a bit of a project - it’s a great car or track toy and they appear to be going up in value!
