For sale is my LS pre cat griff.

used for highways and sunny days, never tracked.

subject to a complete nut and bolt rebuild over the last 18 months, using LS conversion components supplied mainly by sportmotive .

probably easier to list anything not rebuilt, but here goes

Chassis

body off rebuilt, shot blast, molten zinc coated, powder coated in white

new polybushes throughout

new suspension bolts throughout

new racing red shocks

rebuilt later BTR diff by Grantura engineering

new bearings throughout

power steering

refurbished RL7 and new federal RSR

upgraded front (WMS) and later 500 rear brakes

new fuel pump/filter/lines uprated for 600 hp

new brake lines

Body

complete back to fibreglass strip and repaint by sportmotive spring 2013

new windscreen

new hood and roof by dave the trimmer

later SE mirrors by sportmotive

7 inch xenons headlights by sportmotive

Engine

new ali rad

new ls 6.0 block, ls3 cam/heads/inlet. GM ECU

new tr6060 6 speed gearbox

true 440 uk HP Dynod and tuned by greg at pro tuner . (actually made 455 but we pulled a little timing on the new engine to be conservative).... a wilder cam could make over 500....

new twin SS exhaust to suit the LS

Interior

new carpets by dave the trimmer

Elise seats with additional padding (old ones in store available)

new dash veneers

Drivers flawlessly, a tad quick, but very easy to drive.

The car has a full history file with pretty much every invoice, and a file of documents relating to the conversion, parts and specifications etc. lots of build pics and a brief build blog

only increased my insurance by £38 p.a. with the modifications...bargain!

available for sale now as I am keen to be getting on with a new project this winter, and itll be easier with a bit more space in the garage.

i'm in no hurry to sell, happy to hold it for a few months with a suitable deposit in hand.
