1997 TVR

This is an excellant example as it is has in the past had a zero hour rebuild performed by Willow Sportscars. I have owned it for just under 7 months and used it as a daily driver in that time. The car has a fresh mot for buyer peace of mind.

Body-off refurb:

In 2010 (4k miles ago) the car went to Willow Sportscars for a body-off rebuild. This comprised the following:

Replacement cast camshafts and top end rebuild

New brake & fuel lines

New wishbones

New brake discs

New braided brake lines

Refurbished driveshafts

New brake pads

New track-rod ends

Every suspension/chassis bush replaced

A sand-blasted, rebuilt and freshly powder-coated chassis

New Nitron Racing Red Shock Absorbers

Recent work:

4x Toyo Proxes t1-rs on in the last 600 miles,

A new custom stainless steel exhaust,

The differential was removed and re-fitted to its bracket as one of the five bolts sheared.

Known issues:

The drivers door release button has ceased to work.

The windscreen is delaminated.

There is some water ingress on the pax side in torrential rain.

The steering rack has a tiny weep however I've been advised to monitor rather than change.

The car has 12 months MOT (expiry 26/10/2014) and 4 months tax.

Happy to take prospective buyers out for a spin (not literally..) but will not be allowing test drives unless to confirm sale and with fully comp insurance in place. The car drives superbly with all new tyres and new bushes etc.
