2006 Subaru

The Subaru Forester STI is still a fairly unknown model in the UK as it was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market. Although fairly discreet in appearance, this 2500cc turbocharged 5-door estate packs a serious punch. 260 bhp as standard - we love the fact it's a real wolf in sheep’s clothing! A fantastically practical car for anyone needing a good amount of space with loads of pace.

Utilising Subaru’s rally-derived AWD system with rear bias and a limited slip diff at the back (via now-legendary Impreza running gear), these will take on anything you can throw at them whilst providing that synonymous flat-4 soundtrack.

Coming with the brilliant 6-speed manual gearbox, the STI Forester will sit nicely at motorway cruising speed without being continually on boost so it's as usable for longer runs as it is for monstering poor-quality B-roads. A true “do it all” vehicle and one that we absolutely love.

Torque GT is pleased to present this freshly imported 2006 Subaru Forester STi Facelift. This vehicle was imported as a Grade 4 example, confirming its solid overall condition, and has covered 80,460 miles. It is finished in (02C) World Rally Blue Mica and is the later facelift model, featuring the updated front and rear end design along with the factory STi aero package.

The interior is in great condition, and we have completed the preparation with a newly retrimmed steering wheel. Externally, the vehicle is fitted with a set of freshly refurbished Wedssport SA-90 alloy wheels. This STi remains largely un modified; the current additions are Tein suspension and Cusco strut bars.

This mostly un modified example provides a clean foundation for its next owner. It is suitable for those wishing to keep an untouched example close to its original specification or for those planning further modifications.
