Good points:

- Excellent condition body work

- Upgraded wheels - minor stone chips

- Many upgraded VXR parts… See below

Upgrades:

- It has the VXR brakes (calipers, disks and pads) in great condition and a necessary upgrade from the very poor standard CV8 brake set up.

- It has VXR LSD. This is the shorter ratio giving much better driveability and acceleration. Fuel consumption not really affected as 6th gear is still very long for motorway cruising (I can get around 28 mpg in the motorway, approx 22 mpg on my short daily commute to work)

- Custom upgraded air intake (This means the engine cover no longer fits, although will be supplied)

- After market custom exhaust which sounds nothing short of incredible!

- LS6 clutch upgrade

- Due to the awesome sound and my childish nature I have added Thundercat badges which look a little similar to the Holden badge so I don’t think stand out too much and would be very easily removable of not to your taste.

With the current upgrades it is worthy of additional remapping to VXR power specification as all the components are there for 390 bhp.

Bad points:

- AC doesn’t work - unfortunately it is not just a case of re-gassing as I have tried this and it worked for only about 1 week or so. There must be a leak in the system to be fixed.

- Some stone chips to front and general light signs of age across the car but very good condition overall as the photos show

- A couple of stone chips to wheels as shown in the photos

- Reverse gear can occasionally crunch. It has done this the whole time I have owned it and not got any worse. No real problem.

- The service history is incomplete but I know this car very well now and have had loads of work done at Monkfish Performance (the best place to go for these cars)

(Propshaft donut, clutch slave cylinder (now with remote bleed line), gearbox mounts, wheel alignment, full service, new Diff (VXR LSD), coolant change, brake fluid change, diff oil with additive + more)
