VAUXHALL VX220 16V 2001

Stunning Blue VX220 in lovely condition for sale.

This car was a Cat D Restore before I bought it about 3 years ago. (Documentation available). For many years I raced in the a GT class, so when I bought this car I knew exactly what to look for when purchasing a Cat D, this car drives perfectly so the damage must have been superficial (very common in sports cars that have a fiberglass or moulded plastic shell as they are extremely expensive to repair and insurance companies write them off).

Its been maintained to very high standard and the car looks immaculate for its age.

This car has had no modifications and drives beautifully.

The outer body shell is excellent with only a few stone chips.

I have never taken this car on a track and it has only ever been used as a weekend car.

It has brand new tyres, 10 month MOT and had a full service 2 months ago by my local Vauxhall garage.

The drivers side seat has a rip on the seam. This could easily be repaired as it seems to simply be the stitching that has come loose.

The reason I am selling this car is that I now find it difficult to get in and out of and have reached an age where creature comforts are becoming more important.

If you are look to purchase a VX220 then you already know that this car is not designed with creature comforts in mind but rather is completely focussed on delivering the closet driving experience to a full blown race car boasting incredible performance and amazing handling!

So the only person sadder to see me sell this car other than myself is my chiropractor!!

I have priced this car correctly for a quick sell and the fact that it was a Cat D. I could quite easily advertise this at £1000 more so please be mindful of this if you are going to make a silly offer.
