2006 BMW

This is my much loved metallic Sapphire Black Z4M Coupe. I bought this in April 2010 at 17,700 miles from Ferrari dealer Meridian Modena. It had one private owner and was easily the best of the four or five I had seen at the time, it had clearly been pampered, had the important running-in service and was immaculate. With black nappa leather interior and carbon structure leather dash, it looks amazing in sapphire black and receives appreciative comments wherever I go. As standard it comes with xenon auto height adjusting lights, headlight washers, electric seats with memory on driver’s side, auto wipers, auto lights/wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, auto air con etc as you would expect of a £40k car. The factory options fitted are rear park distance sensors, electric folding mirrors, the professional sat nav (2014 European map update), professional radio/CD with Digital Sound Processor and the hi-fi upgrade speaker system including the large units behind the seats, BMW i-pod connection, storage package. A genuine BMW strut brace is fitted in the engine bay that was on the car when I bought it and is reputed to improve steering feel and front end grip according to the Z4 forum.

I have driven 14,000 trouble free miles in the last five years, it has been exhilarating to drive and has been remarkably cheap to run given the performance available. The car is kept in a dehumidified garage, gently warmed up and has been used just at weekends in good weather and for longer holidays away hence the low mileage. Full BMW service history with Inspection II and MOT done August 2014 before I took the car on a trip to France. At this service the gearbox, engine and diff oil were changed, all filters replaced, brake fluid changed and engine valve clearances done. They commented that the clutch felt near the top of its travel and as I was about to head off to France I had a complete new genuine BMW clutch fitted just as a precaution. The car was detailed two years ago and has been washed and polished properly so the paint is like glass. The tyres are Michelin Pilot Sport original equipment with the fronts good for 20,000 miles with 7mm tread and at least 10,000 miles and 5mm on the rear, brake pads are 30% worn and probably good for 20,000 miles. The car is absolutely immaculate, has had no accidents and with next service not due for 12,750 miles it will give a trouble free and exciting next period of ownership. It's taxed to the end of August 2015, and I will have a year's MOT added before the new owner collects the car.

I have all the bills from my period of ownership, the three keys, the handbooks, unused tool and first aid kit, tyre compressor inflation equipment and warning triangle all present. This really is a super example and the low mileage and immaculate condition is reflected in the price.
