Sorry Now Sold. It’s a fact, TVR Sagaris models are continuing to appreciate. Several lower mileage examples have sold at between £62,000 and £64,000 already this year.

This Sagaris is higher on the miles, and therefore more affordable, but it has a history and “form” which makes it a potential Collector’s Item! This car is “Mr Orange”, TVR’s original Press car. This was the Sagaris originally featured on “Top Gear” driven by Jeremy Clarkson and also in several of his videos , including “Heaven and Hell” – where it passed through the Pearly Gates ! It also featured on the “Fifth Gear” TV programme, driven by Jason Plato.

PN05OUL was first registered on 1 Mar 2005 , has had just 4 owners and we have the logbook showing TVR as the First Keeper. This Sagaris has now covered 39,700 miles , which is less than 4,500 per year and it remains in very presentable condition. The copy of the original TVR Specification Sheet for PN05OUL confirms: Body Colour – Chameleon Orange, Dash Top – Black Leather, Interior Trim –Black Full Hide, Carpet – Black. Optional Extras were specified as Chameleon Paint, Full Hide Leather trim, DAB Radio, Gas Discharge headlights, Air Conditioning, Electric Lumbar Supports, Chameleon Orange painted seat backs. The Special Notes List included Carbon leather seat inserts, lower doors, upper and lower dash undersides, gaiter surrounds, seat flashes, radio surround and dash insert. What else is relevant ? 18” silver spider alloys – and you can rest assured that TVR put this car together with real attention to detail. It also goes without saying that this car’s engine was “very carefully built” !

“Mr Orange” is technically A1 and has a fully stamped service record as well asa comprehensive Provenance File. The car will only be released to the next owner after full preparation to Str8six’s meticulous standards.
