Supplied new on the 1st of January 2001 this BMW is just 3 former keepers from new. Sold 'Approved Used' by Williams BMW Bolton in May 2007. It was subsequently acquired by a Mrs Boehmer in July 2013. Our customer purchased the car in February 2014 and owned until part exchange with ourselves.

Mechanical Condition:

The E39 is renowned for its build quality and reliability, this well serviced example is no exception. The 2.2 litre engine is smooth and cruises effortlessly. The gearbox oil and filter was changed in October 2014 and gear changes are smooth as they should be. A new Heavy Duty battery was also fitted in October 2014. All 4 tyres were replaced in July 2014 and still have serviceable tread. There are no warning lights on lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. This example drives as it should. Any inspection or test drive welcome.

Exterior Condition:

The bodywork is in exceptional order for the year / mileage being very clean and straight. There are no scuffs to bumpers, excess stone chips to front end or car park dents. There are no rust patches to the wings or other significant damage. The wheels are all very clean with no ingrained dirt or curbing damage. Interior Condition:

The interior is in equally exceptional order for the year. This example has never been smoked in or used to carry pets and there are certainly no lingering smells. The leather is all in very good order with no ingrained dirt or scuffing of the seats. The carpets are all clean with no excess dirt or heel damage. The rear seats look to have hardly been used. There is no excess wear or damage to the buttons. The original full size spare wheel and tools are all present. All the door shuts are clean and free of excess grease / dirt.

Increasingly rare to find a genuine, sensible mileage, low owner E39. Excellent value, useable future classic.
