All who read this will know that TVR is under new ownership. A well-stocked TVR Parts Operation is also up and running. The stunning new TVR Griffith is progressing towards production. Every piece of information released confirms the first 500 new (Welsh-built) TVRs will cost £90K.

That is rather more than the c. £53K (incl VAT) levied in 2006 for TVR Blackpool’s stunning, halo sportscar - the then (and still now !!) outrageous TVR Sagaris. Since 2008, low mileage Sagaris have increased in price from £30,000 to, recently, £90,000 – the price of a new Griffith !

Those who follow such things will know that the maximum number of Sagaris registered was only 200 plus cars. And, according to the DVLA, that figure reduced to 110 registered or SORN’d in the UK last year.

Given their competence and rarity, and the fact that Griffiths won’t be delivered until the end of 2019, it is surprising that the 6 Sagaris on this advertising site have not been snapped up by Sportscar aficionados. And now these have been joined by this very special and affordable 7th Sagaris !!

Check the photos and note that this latest Sagaris offered by Str8six, is finished in Deep Purple – the Imperial colour of the all conquering Roman Empire ! (So, entirely appropriate then !!). And, as a bonus, this paint colour is definitely available - and affordable. (Not all TVR colours are, with some costing between £1000 and £4000 per litre !!!).

In addition, this Str8six Sagaris has a an appropriately specified interior trimmed in Purple and Bobbin (Deep Blue) leather from Andrew Muirhead & Son Ltd. This interior is stylish, individual and compliments the exterior colour handsomely. And the cockpit is equipped with Hi- spec ICE and Air Conditioning – so its a nice place to be !

What about this particular Sagaris’ state of technical preparation ? Relax again! Check the Service History (exemplary!) and…Rely on our Reputation! This Sagaris will have been absolutely meticulously prepared inside, outside and underneath before it is handed over to its next owner. You wouldn’t expect anything else from Str8six !

“Deep Purple” was registered to its first (and only !!) owner on 5 July 2006 – just 5 months before TVR Blackpool closed. Over the next 12 years the car covered an average of just over 3,300 miles per year, was cherished, and had cosmetic and technical care lavished on it! The servicing is 100% to schedule.

The Provenance File contains every invoice, and it records every sum spent on the car. Anything required was dealt with immediately. The car was described as mint…. It very nearly was - and now it really is !

This Sagaris will, of course, be supplied with Str8six's renowned "All the 12's" handover specification. The car will have a full 12,000 miles (with valve clearance) service, 12 months road fund licence, 12 months MOT and our 12 months/12,000 miles Full Wear and Tear warranty (covering parts and labour). It will be supplied with a 12 Volt trickle charger and an Anderson Jump Lead cable.
