- Silky smooth engine; pulls through the Rev range keenly; smooth idle; minimal (if any) oil usage

- FVD oil sump fitted (May 16). It’s a baffled sump, a copy of Porsche Motorsport X51 part

- Lower temperature thermostat fitted & coolant change (May 16)

- Quiet, smooth & accurate gearbox. Light clutch with smooth action

- Quiet MO30 suspensions; ball joints, bushes re-greased during last service (June 18). The car handles very well in spirited driving

- New Top Gear exhaust fitted - mild OEM sound (July 18)

- Brakes in very good condition with plenty of materials left. Brake fluid changed June 18 (Motul RBF660)

- Pagid RS-5 brake pads all around (July 17)

- HEL braided brake hoses (July 17)

- Radiators and air condensers in good condition and cleaned annually under my ownership (bumper off)

Interior:

- Outstanding overall condition and ultra high specs

- Only the tiniest bit of worn driver side (see pic) and worn gear knob due to previous owner(s) wearing ring

- Switch gears, buttons, including stereo, and steering wheel all in excellent condition

- Climate control / air con in good working order

Exterior:

- Factory fitted GT3 aerokit and wheels. Wheels with new titanium bolts (x80) fitted in July 17, due to damage occurred during previous re-furb. One of the wheels has scratch marks due to bad tyre fitter, but all wheels are in good, presentable condition

- Yokohama AD08R tyres fitted in June 17. (Manufacture date Feb/Mar 17) Only done fewer than 2,500 road miles on these tyres because I swapped to the 5-spoke wheels shortly after

- Age related marks as highlighted in pic. Stone chips on front bumper

- Chip on rear bootlid damaged by neighbour’s cat. Having spoken to two bodyshops, it is repairable

- Original body panels

- Original windscreens all around with the correct, original markings

- July 17 - GT3 wheels re-balance

- July 17 (82,821 miles) - Annual service, brake fluid, HEL brake lines, Pagid RS5 brake pads, clean radiators / condensers (bumper off), remove under trays and clean underside, repair GT3 wheels with new titanium bolts (x80) & inserts, new Dansk exhaust installed (subsequently removed in July 18 due to poor quality)

- June 17 (82,716 miles) - new Yokohama AD08R tyres fitted (removed after 2,000 miles with 5-spoke wheels / tyres. Refitted in June 18)
