BMW 3 SERIES (E46) 325TI SPORT 2004

Last of the line, Dec 2004, 325ti M Sport, 6-speed manual, in Mystic Blue, with Xenon headlights and the M Sport bumpers of course. Half-Alcantara interior. The Xenons are mega, so much better than the standard halogens.

I've owned the car for a little over 2 years and enjoyed it immensely but have recently bought a 3 litre 1 series. I have to say, the older Compact's hydraulic steering is a LOT better...!

MOT until mid October, recent discs and pads all round, new rear shock absorbers last year, and a recent oil and coolant change.

17 inch Type 44 wheels in generally good condition, front tyres ok but the rears require replacing. If we don't haggle too much I'll include a good set of 16" Type 44s with as-new winter Vredestein tyres. If we don't haggle at all (!) I'll also include the fitted detachable swan-neck towbar which I used to tow a small windsurfing trailer.

The driver's front wing has a little rust on the lip which needs tidying up ideally, but I still have in my garden (...) my former 2002 325ti with good front wings which you're welcome to, albeit the colour is a lighter blue. I've priced the car accordingly.

All in all a great car, and surprisingly economical. The 6th gear improves it over the earlier 5-speeders and I regularly achieve an average of 30mpg, driven generally swiftly over mostly B-roads. One can average 33mpg if you really stroke it.
