With the weather at the moment being so wonderfully balmy our thoughts as petrolheads turn invariably toward two things: open top sports cars and camper vans, because let's face it, there are few better ways to spend a summer than either spanking a roadster down some B-roads or getting off grid for a while and embarking on a camping trip in a trusty bus. If you haven't heard of them before, Leighton Vans create unique, high specification vans for those who want the best and they've certainly gone to town on this VW.

With acoustic thermal lining, halo roof with extra down lights, tail gate, extra USB ports for passengers, Forty Winks Kombi bed and mattress, window pods with shades on both sides and the rear and a full mat set, it's ready for adventure. Not only that but the van also features 18” gloss black Riviera alloy wheels with BFGoodrich chunky tyres, so it looks the part too. Four wheel drive means that the tyres are just for show, either.

Summary
