Overview

It’s easy to forget that the B7-generation S4 packed a 4.2 litre V8 and, in cabriolet form, it represents a compelling and, these days, lower cost proposition for those seeking open-top motoring with a naturally aspirated V8 soundtrack. 

Naturally, being an Audi, the 4.2-litre engine delivers its power through quattro all-wheel drive which makes for an all-year-round usable drop top.

This 2006 example has covered 67,150 miles across three keepers. The current owner acquired it in September 2020 and looks to have kept on top of maintenance, despite covering only limited mileage. In particular, a full refresh of the ignition coils (and spark plugs) and a new exhaust provide some peace of mind for the next owner.
