Overview

Still widely recognised as one of the most capable off-road vehicles ever made, the Land Rover Defender has rightly earned its place amongst the best of the best when it comes to handling the rough stuff. A true go anywhere vehicle the Defender has been in pretty much constant production since 1990 when it became its own model but it can trace its heritage back through the original Land Rover One Ten and Land Rover Ninety models from the early '80s. Which should tell you all you need to know about just how popular and enduring these 4X4s are.

Available in a range of configurations, sizes and levels of trim and performance the Defender can be all things to all people; from true off road powerhouses to more refined daily drivers and it's a car that has been continuously developed throughout its life whilst still remaining true to those original, inherent proficiencies for which it became renowned.

This particular Land Rover Defender 90 from 2008 was originally an RAF vehicle until 2016 so it's a proven workhorse that's cut its teeth in the forces. Well-maintained both during those early years and so too since, it comes to market following a slew of recent works, including but not limited to a replacement turbo, new rear suspension and a recent full service. An excellent spec with a host of additional features this low mileage Defender presents well throughout and has covered just 1.5K miles during current ownership.

Reportedly driving perfectly and looking every bit the rugged and capable off-roader this turn key Land Rover Defender 90 ticks a lot of boxes and is ready and waiting for its next owner.
