1992 Porsche

Exceptional and stunning 964 C2 Cabriolet 5 speed manual transmission. First registered 01/01/1992 J-Registration. Finished in Guards Red with Linen Leather sports seats and black dashboard. A car we’ve know particularly well having once owned it ourselves for a number of years and having supplied it three times subsequently.

Such a well sorted car benefitting from recent and significant investment. Since 2018 the car has had in-excess of £20,000 spent on it including a £10K engine rebuild by Jaz Porsche (81034 miles). Said rebuild included the replacement of Piston rings, valves, valve guides and timing chains. The head studs were upgraded, con rod bolts were changed as were the main oil lines. The Big End bearing was inspected for wear and all engine tin wear was powder coated before being reinstated.

During our ownership we comissioned a full glass out respray executed to the highest of standards (as such the car presents in exquisite condition). The car was also treated to a new fabric, electrically retractable, cabriolet roof.

At a mileage of 81690 the suspension was upgraded with KW dampers and various suspension bushes were replaced. In addition and at the same time the 17″ Cup alloys were professionally refurbished with gloss black petals and a machined outer circumference in silver. Genuine teardrop mirrors were fitted as were RS style brake ducts to the front bumper.

The cumulative effect of the above has made for a vehicle that not only looks the part, presenting in near concours condition. It drives and handles to a level associated with the very best the 964 market has to offer.
