ENGINE:
Originally a Solid Lifter TARAKA (TVR POWER) engine conversion (no21) built in 2005 at 41975 miles - In 2018 at 44272 miles (POWERS PERFORMANCE) originally (TVR POWER) again fully stripped and rebuilt the engine with Hydraulic Lifters and revised TVR 885 Camshaft + MBE ECU upgrade. The cost of all the work in the last 2300 miles amounted to ยฃ12694 - Mind boggling maybe but the car now has a fresh superbly built tractable engine producing around the power that the TVR handbook extremely optimistically quoted in period! - However the day to day running is on another planet being heavily influenced by the MBE ECU upgrade, and TVR 885 cam profile ideally suited to modern day traffic conditions - Power (avg) as seen on Dyno sheet around 340 bhp at Flywheel - 300 bhp at wheels - Torque 335 lbs ft. on Powers Performace rolling road for this conversion.
POWERS PERFORMANCE MBE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
This very efficient Rover V8 MBE system does away with many items including the air mass meter and stepper motor - Coil packs replace the distributor - New programmable ECU inc bespoke map + new engine wiring loom - A trigger wheel is fitted to enable fully mappable fuel and ignition - Benefits include lower emissions, improved torque, driveability and reliability - Max power in the area of the optimistic figure quoted by TVR for the 500 in period.

BRAKES / SUSPENSION:
Original spec Nitron Dampers / Springs fitted at around 35000 miles - 300mm Disc / Billet 4 Pot Calipers / Green Stuff pads at 39340 miles.
CHASSIS:
The outriggers are in very solid condition - Previously wax oiled in 2002 and 2004 - Since then kept in a completely dry environment between sporadic usage - Underside condition is very good with the rear uprights also having had a misting of wax oil and all the remainder clean and dry with an oil free sump pan and lack of oxidation to other associated component - All usual service items such as Wishbones + Bushes - Engine / Diff Mounts etc etc replaced.
MOT HISTORY:
Very good since 2005 with a couple of very minor advisories only - Clear from 2017.
OWNERSHIP:
4 owners from new - (2nd) 2007 - 2000 (Surrey) - (3rd) 2000 - 2004 (Kent) - (4th) 2004 - 2021 (Kent) - For the last 17 years the car has been been dry stored as part of a 7 car collection (I am led to believe) with just 2300 miles added.
EXTERIOR:
Finished in Cooper Green Metallic the paint and bodywork are in impressive condition with few age related marks together with the paint retaining a very deep gloss.
INTERIOR:
Biscuit half hide with dark green carpets piped with biscuit piping - The seats have been professionally recoloured with the interior now looking very smart - Original Dark Green carpets piped biscuit are largely in good condition although now 25 years old! - All rubber seals on the car are in good condition along with a very tidy boot area - The original black roof retains a clear screen with a few signs of age related wear and tear - Fitted new aluminum dash and upper tunnel top fitments.
ENGINE BAY:
Looking very original, clean, well presented but not over detailed, has now benefited from repainting the rocker covers from faded purple to black with aluminum ribbing - New intake pipe heat shielding and inner bonnet covering.
