William Morris once said, “have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” For me, this extends to the garage.

Firstly, I’ve never understood people who invest in classic cars with no intention of using them. What really matters to me is that “I know it to be useful.”…that it can be used. I’m not going to buy a Porsche 991 GT3 RS with delivery mileage, only to be scared to drive it and watch the odometer climb up and its value climb down. Or an old Ferrari that’s going to break down every time it goes out.

That’s the wonderful thing about the NSX - the supercar that you can use every day.

Secondly, I have always been fascinated by beautiful design: architecture, furniture, cars. Beautiful objects bring good into the world. They inspire optimism. They make us feel good. Why own an ugly car when you can own a beautiful one?

This car is one of the ‘Last Twelve’ Honda NSX delivered to the UK, having been first registered in November 2005. Each of the ‘Last Twelve’ was delivered in special colour combinations. This car is finished in pearl white with red leather and is unique – it is the only UK NSX made in this colour combination - and it is one of the most beautiful NSXs we have seen.

It was collected by the first owner from BAR in Brackley and was handed over by Jensen Button and Anthony Davidson. This car has had two owners from new, full Honda service history, complete documentation, 'Last Twelve' key ring, together with two spares and the red master key. It is the only ‘Last Twelve’ car to come on the market for several years. All the handbooks and original brochures are present. It has covered 50,800 miles.

We have known all the previous owners and have admired this car for some time. We sold it to the current owner who has asked us to sell on his behalf.

This car can only be described as superb. It is spotlessly clean and immaculate inside, outside and underneath. If you are looking for a classic car to put in the garage, to drive and to look at, to keep and cherish, then this is the one.
