Rare Hartge 5.0 litre X5 with all original paperwork in deep metallic Oxford Green, with a guaranteed insurance value of £12,000.

Hand built in Germany by Hartge in 2003 with a complete vehicle cost of £75,000, the engine is a 4930cc V8, formed around the strengthened Hartge block giving it a 0- 62 in c. 6 seconds: It features:

- Balanced and forged pistons, along with Hartge forged rods

- Heads have been gas flowed and uprated cams and bearings

- Uprated fuel injection system to give 380Hp and 376lb ft of torque

- Hartge stiffer anti roll bars and progressive springs

- Body has been lowered by 30mm

- Quaife motorsport differential

- Bespoke Hartge exhaust featuring 4 tailpipes

- Fully colour coded Hartge body styling package

- 22” wheels (not currently on car, but can be seen on the photos – were a £6k option and can be available if required)

- Electric heated memory seats and BMW M3 paddle steering wheel.

- Upgraded OEM style stereo with steering wheel controls, Nav, Bluetooth etc

The car comes with all supporting paperwork and documents from the original BMW group in Germany supplying the vehicle to Hartge for build through to present day.

Ordered originally by billionaire, Carlos Monteverde, two-time winner of the Le Mans Legend race, and more impressively an owner of a Ferrari 250 GTO for which he set the record at the time for most expensive car bought at auction - $38,115,000 in 2014.

The car has 65,000 miles from new, and it has been my daily driver since 2019. It comes with a full a full comprehensive history including MOT’s, tax discs and service invoices - last service being the large Inspection 3 on 13/01/2023.
