2009 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster

The V8 Vantage proved popular not only in the UK but across the world, with the USA becoming Aston's largest export market. The V8 Vantage Roadster, introduced in 2008 with the same 4.3L, 380bhp V8 engine as the coupe, featured a triple-layer fabric 'hood' that could be automatically raised or lowered in 18 seconds. Strengthening to the VH platform ensured rigidity wasn't compromised while only adding 70kg in weight compared its coupe sibling.
