The Exige, no longer in production, was one of Lotus's best kept secrets. The ultra lightweight aluminium construction partnered with the supercharged 3.5 litre V6 engine made this one very fast car with an effortless 0-60mph of just 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 168mph.

But the incredible performance was just part of the story. The use of a lightweight bonded aluminium chassis structure ensured that the chassis kept 'square' during all driving conditions and that the geometry of the suspension stayed as set up in the factory. This combined with the use of Eibach and Bilstein suspension, market leaders in their own right, resulted in a very positive feel to the drive, almost unique to Lotus cars of the era.

The Exige is truly a 'drivers' car, it is fast and exciting to drive with a wonderful sounding engine that will put a smile on the face of any discerning sports car fan.
