Description

Aston Martin DB4 Convertible (Mk 4) finished in stunning Silver Sand with a beautifully contrasting burgundy leather interior and mohair hood.
This car is one of the most sought after Aston Martins from the David Brown era and one of the rarest models only surpassed by the DB4 Zagato. Only 70 Convertible versions were ever produced.
This particular car has undergone a full and thorough nut and bolt, body off, ground up restoration by renowned Aston Martin restorers Bodylines and Spray Tec.
The results are simply stunning.
At this same time sympathetic upgrades were incorporated including increasing the capacity to 4.0 litre and modifying the cylinder head to take modern day fuels, installation of the later Adwest DB6 Power Steering Rack and minor changes to the interior to make it more comfortable including the installation of headrests not seen or required by laws in 1962.
The finished result is simply stunning and this must be one of the best examples of this cherished car in the world.
