PORSCHE 911 (996) GT3 - one of the last, incredible spec 2005

A very special late registered GT3 Comfort in Guards Red with Tequipment rear cage and clubsport nomex bucket seats. First registered on 27 October 2005 by Porsche Centre Wilmslow making it possibly the last C16 996 GT3.

80,000 miles, it has been used but properly maintained and modified for fast road/track use.

4.0L Clutch kit, RS Flywheel

Differential rebuilt with motorsport cup plates

Alcon 362mm fully floating front discs

Pagid RS29 brake pads (front and rear)

Supercup brake ducts

Rennline performance engine mounts

Gearbox overhaul and upgrade completed by a very reputable specialist just 6k miles ago at a cost of £18,000. At the same time a cylinder leak-down test performed with great results, available for inspection.

Despite above average usage, with some track miles, this car has been both thoroughly cherished and properly maintained - the maintenance file is frankly astonishing - it's had 16 stamped services in it's original service book, significant mechanical refurbishment with photographic documentation and invoices for absolutely everything.

A lot of time, effort, thought and expertise has been put into preparing a car that is usable on the road and utterly devastating on the circuit.

Despite the engine being totally standard, dyno test results show 405bhp and this car has always felt more eager to rev and powerful than any other 996 GT3 I've driven (quite a few!).

Gleaming paintwork with no pin dents or scratches, with PPF film applied but starting to show some stone chips on the front end.

Tyres are Michelins PS2's N4 rated with lots of tread remaining.

Just 5 previous owners, which actually includes me from 2010/11 and I reacquired it unexpectedly early last year. Cherished registration is to stay with the car, and whilst outside of my control, it's important to me that it remains on the car if possible.
