1997 TVR CHIMAERA

I have had this car for 7 years now and it is a really good honest car, it was chippy when I got it so got FOZ Sport to completely repaint it so it has very fresh paint with sadly one or two storage scratches!

It is mechanically excellent and benefits from power steering.

It has had its chassis waxoyled so is in very good order.. It has good oil pressure and makes no camshaft rattle or tappet rattle so runs faultlessly on all 8 cylinders and uses NO water. The clutch is perfect as is the gearbox. It makes no clunks or bangs and brakes very well as has new tyres.

The carpets are sun faded and the seats would benefit from refurbishment. Due to work circumstances it has had very little use over the last 5 years. It has been serviced about 1000 miles ago and wants for nothing mechanically. I have a large service folder somewhere for it which I currently cannot find as we have just moved but it will turn up.

These cars are absolutely investments now and you will not get a better blast for your in anything else, magic for racing motor bikes ( In countries where you are allowed to!)

The car has no mot and I will not be getting it done as I do not have the time to do the jobs it needs doing, wiper motor,lights/relay/etc

I am very happy to take a trade in against it.

This is not a car you will drive away in as it needs work doing to it but it is a mechanically and bodily a very good honest thing.
