Toyota MR2 MK1 – with just 35,000 miles, manual gearbox, sunroof and finished in the super rare factory two tone colour known as ‘Sherwood Toning’.

What a delightful car this is. A superbly presented, genuine, unrestored MR2 MK1 which has clearly been cherished throughout its life. With just a handful of owners in almost 40 years, this two-tone MR2 is a true survivor.

The current registered keeper, a loyal customer of Fairmont Sports and Classics, has owned this MR2 for the last 12 months. He genuinely loves this car to bits but as ever he’s now on the hunt for a new sports car and his next adventure. I’m sure he’ll be happy to chat to prospective buyers.

Looking across the car it is so hard to fault. All the bodywork is very clean, blemish-free and has a fresh glossy look to it. The original Toyota wheels present extremely well too. The interior again is very clean and tidy with no heavy wear to be seen, everything pointing towards a genuine low mileage 80s car.

Coming with a large amount of paperwork documenting its servicing and maintenance history, with service book showing plenty of service entries and many old MOT certificates are also supplied.

The car is ready to go and be enjoyed with a current MOT until August 2024 and can be extended to a full year should the buyer wish.
