Coming with both its hardtop and a fabric roof finished in dark brown. Coming with a comprehensive service history, with evidence of recent money spent on a recent restoration. CONDITION SYNOPSIS: Our technicians have gone through this car from front to back and aside from a few very minor, and easy fixes, there's not a great deal to report. The bad bits include a few little screw holes in the interior centre console where a previous owner has had a car phone fitted, alloy wheels that would benefit from a refurbish (and fresh tyres to replace the too old rubber it's presently sitting on) and some maintenance to the bulkhead (a clean and application of Waxoyl) as well as few things like replacement bulbs in the interior. None, tyres aside, that would stop you from enjoying driving it straight from the SLSHOP showroom to your favourite holiday destination, here or abroad. The interior is in fine fettle, as are both roofs, with the fabric roof's windows clear and free from cracks, while everything is in order under the bonnet. The spare wheel well and boot floor could use a clean under the carpets to remove some surface corrosion, though it's far from serious. HISTORY FILE: Plastic pockets and a ring binder is always a good sign that a car's had at least one careful owner, and the paperwork bursting out of this car's folder underline that everyone who's sat in the driver's seat in its 36-years has treated it with regular, proper maintenance. There's an envelope, too, outlining why it's so near perfect, with details of a restoration, where any body corrosion was repaired and the car treated to a repaint - there's a CD in among that (remember those), which has some pictures of the areas of bodywork that were cut out and replaced.
