In 2016, Aston Martin partnered with Red Bull Racing to sponsor the team during the Formula One season, a partnership which sustained through until 2020. Two road cars were developed in this period as a collaborative effort of both parties – the incredible Valkyrie hyper-car and this, an incredible display of craftmanship from Aston Martin’s Q Department to commemorate the partnership.The car was designed and drawn-up in late-2016 and by the 2017 the physical cars were produced and delivered to their lucky owners – the car intended to be exclusive from the outset and only 15 examples were ever built for the worldwide market with only 5 of these chassis designed for the UK market – out of these five cars, four were sold and transacted through ourselves, Aston Martin Bristol.All cars were finished in the Mariana Blue with Dark Knight colour combination with special aesthetic touches from Q such as the red flourishes in the grille and side strake, the Red Bull Racing logo embellished on the carbon-fibre trim, the sill plaques and also stitched into the headrests.
