Something very special it is and what makes this special is that this rarely seen limited edition is visually near identical to Colin Mcrae's original rally winning car. The 555 Limited is the tribute to the original rally title winning Impreza and uniquely it has the same bodyshell and proporsions as Subaru's title winning example which is unlike later editions of WRC cars that took on new looks to the road cars.

It has extremely low mileage and presents like it has been sat in a showroom or stored carefully for most of its life presenting an underside condition that we never see here in the UK. There is hardly any wear to this vehicles components.

Driving this particular Impreza is a very special experience. We cannot recommend enough how good it is and encourage you to come and experience for yourself. Consider that an Escort Cosworth in 1996 had 227 bhp against this better built car with 275 bhp - there was and still is no contest behind the wheel.

This is one of just 500 examples of the ‘555 Edition’. Presented in its original condition, fully deserving its top JDM grade of 4.5. With this mileage being very low we doubt there is another like it 555 anywhere.

This week a large motoring publication tested this car at the Top Gear Dunsfold circuit against other past performance cars. It will feature in an upcoming edition and according to our collection agent it favoured highly.
