Mini R56 John Cooper Works (Modified) Very fast only 70k miles JCW LSD Rare Colour

Rare colour on a Genuine factory John Cooper Works. Looks standard but modified to be very fast.
Tuned by Hybrid Tune (multiple winners of the Mini Challenge UK, BTCC support series).
Seriously clean interior and bodywork pops in the sun but does have a couple of small stone chips on the sides and a slight scratch (it has been very well looked after, but is a 17 year old car).
Was being setup to be a Track car but things change, need something slower (so the other half can drive it too).
Don’t bother reading on if you value your license this is a v.quick little pocket rocket!!
Not interested in any help to ‘Sell’ my car, either.
Had 1000’s spent fixing all the “Mini” issues these have.
Manual Air con, CD player, Steering wheel, etc. (Usual JCW items). HPI Clear, MOT till August. Some service history. Next service due August (will include new Oil and Filter + sump plug). 70217 miles. 1.6 JCW Turbo N14 engine (with N14 gremlins sorted).
So much to say about this car, low mileage, always gets comments about how clean it is, credit to previous owner (Mini enthusiast), the last of the light Mini’s (R53/R56) before they got bloaty, will keep up with a Toyota GR Yaris / Hyundai I30N (similar power to weight ratio 😊) round a track and on the street. Will pop and bang on ‘Sport’ button, enough to have a laugh, but not annoy your neighbours too much.
Have done two track days (Hence the upgrades below, ask me why).

Less than 2000 miles ago (Over 4.5k in receipts!)
New genuine JCW Turbo (Plus HEL Stainless oil feed pipe + fitting kit)
New Stage 2 Clutch kit + New Quaife LSD
Powerflex Purple front subframe, steering rack and lower arms bushes.
New Scorpion Large bore Sports Cat (MOT Friendly)
FORGE Turbo blanket & Funk motorsport heat management wrap
Hybrid Tune remap (message for details and dyno plot)
PBS Race pads (front)
All bleed nipples replaced with stainless steel ones and brake fluid fully flushed through and replaced with Motul RBF 600 brake fluid.
New NGK R spark plugs (1 step colder)
New Coil Packs
Phone holder
Bonnet resprayed (to remove stone chips, never been crashed)
New genuine Bilstein rear shocks (included but not fitted)
Serviced with Bosch oil filter, sump plug & Fuchs Titan Race Pro S oil (sump removed and cleaned during service).
Less than 10,000 miles ago
New timing chain and timing chain guide.
New cylinder head
AIRTEC Front Mount intercooler
AEM Induction kit
Uprated silicon hoses (SFS)
Carbon fibre black door inserts
Tinted windows (dark)
Newer style lower grille with brake vents
AD08-RS semi slick (road legal ) tyres – Plenty of tread left
J-hook Discs and MTEC pads (Rear)

I will just keep it and sell in the future when everyone realises the R53 (supercharged) and R56 (Turbocharged) Mini’s are the one’s to have as opposed the bloated newer ones.
