FORD FOCUS RS MK3

Hailed as the final hurrah of the traditional Fast Fords, the Mk3 RS was developed by Ford Performance who took an already impressive car and made it even more capable. This example features a factory Quaife mechanical limited-slip differential on the front axle, which allows the 2.3-litre EcoBoost’s 350bhp to be deployed more effectively by reducing inside wheelspin and maximising traction. 0–62mph is dispatched in just 4.7 seconds thanks to the all-wheel drive system with Dynamic Torque Vectoring and a lovely 6-speed manual box. Selectable drive modes include Launch Control and the now-infamous Drift Mode, an industry first that offered controlled oversteer in circuit conditions, with the Performance Shift Indicator assisting faster gear changes.
