Genuine Cosworth GT86 (Supercharged)

Rare Genuine Cosworth GT86 in what is the now rare and sought after Burnt Orange (Hot Lava) with a insanely rare factory light grey leather and alcantara interior which was only available during 2014 on premium spec cars. You wont find another one of these!
If you aren't familiar with the Cosworth GT86 then do a quick google as reviews were done by Pistonheads, TopGear, Autoexpress and Car magazine.
Not to be confused with cars which have had Cosworth parts DIY fitted by owners in their own garages. This is the real deal. Converted officially by Cosworth authorised dealer Amber Performance (two whole folders of paperwork and receipts documenting the full history of this car) and mapped by Cosworth themselves for super reliability. This car features a dyno proven 301.6bhp Cosworth Supercharged engine coupled with a full Cosworth sports cat exhaust system and retaining the original factory front cat, so it always cruises through every MOT without a single advisory.
The full Cosworth package includes huge 6 pot Cosworth/APRacing Front Brakes on 355mm discs and is matched with APRacing 4 pot Rear Brakes on 335mm discs. Naturally there are braided hoses all round and DS3000/DS2500 pads. At around 1300kgs kerb weight this car can out brake a lot of supercars.
Coupled with the superb longer gear ratioed and incredibly underrated 6 speed flappy paddle automatic gearbox (which is super fast shifting and actually stronger than the manual if you can keep it cool) this car is a track day monster. And to manage temperatures this car has been sensibly equipped with a Mishimoto engine oil cooler, a Stark Performance Auto gearbox oil cooler and a Greddy differential cooler plate. To monitor things the car has a digital Scanguage 2 which shows live engine/gearbox temps straight from the ECU OBD port and engine oil pressure (the one thing the ECU cannot report) is presented via a ProSport Oil Pressure gauge.
The OEM suspension is superb on these cars and has been left untouched. The body is super stiff with just enough roll to give you communication on what the car is doing, so no need to change this as the Toyota engineers knew best. The only two chassis/suspension improvements made are in the form of a Swave & Summit Strut Brace (with integrated Brake Stopper to improve pedal feel) which makes the front feel noticeably stiffer and an MCA Traction Mod Kit fitted to the rear lower arms (which reduces the angle of the rear arms which helps transmit engine power to the ground).
On the subject of power to the ground, the car has Genuine Rays 57extreme alloy wheels in Silver (correct Cosworth spec wheels as per the reviews above) in staggered 19x8.5/9.5 ET42 arrangement. These feature Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tyres in 235/35R19 & 265/30R19. These give the car an incredible look/stance but even at this size they do not ever rub at all; even on track. Alternatively the car can be supplied on my 2nd set of "track" wheels which are Graphite Grey Rays 57extreme alloys (seen in many of the photos). These are lighter than the 19's and come in a 18x8.5 ET42 square setup with Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 235/40R18 tyres all round. Both sets of wheels are in excellent condition with only a small amount of wear and tear which is expected during use.
Only one previous owner prior to the current one and an extremely low mileage car for its age. Features a full Toyota service history for the first 10 years of its life (2014-2024) and is now from 2025 onwards serviced by Jtech Automotive who are a race car and auto tuning specialist. Service and MOT have both just been carried out earlier this month.
Clean car, no outstanding finance and never had an accident. No dents at all anywhere and paintwork whilst not quite 'concours' is fair to say around a 98 out of 100 score. Well taken care of and lived its whole life in a garage away from the sun/rain. Interior is close to brand new condition.
Genuine reason for sale; I've bought another! Not interested in any PX/Swaps unless you happen to have a manual 2018+ V8 Ford Mustang in blue or yellow :)
No test pilots please. Test drives will be driven by myself only unless you can show me suitable funds are present at the time. First to see will buy.
