Very reluctantly due to ill health, I have to part with my unique Caterham. It was a lifelong ambition to own one, which proved to be one of the most exhilarating and satisfying experiences of my life. Carefully taken care of, mostly by myself, a lifelong car enthusiast and engineer.

2017 Caterham Academy, which was never finished by the original owner, the build and IVA being completed by the Caterham dealership, Oakmere Motors. I purchased the car from Oakmere in January 2018 with 300 miles on the clock having never been raced and barely used.

Since then, with the performance upgrades from Premier Power and Meteor Motorsport, it has evolved into a dream Caterham that is as happy on the road as on track, the best of both worlds!

The adjustable suspension transforms the driveability on bumpy country roads from almost impossible to one that gives stability and confidence. Then for the track, with a few clicks you have a car that has the predictability and performance of a race car.

Add to this the extra power and torque output, you have a car that just wants to be driven in the way the Caterham was originally designed for, light and fast.

It comes with extras such as a pair of Sena Expand Boom headsets. A passenger footrest and a bead/resin seat insert as my 5’4” wife loved being in the car, even on track. Rear bulkhead sound insulated to reduce diff noise. Some specialist tools for those inclined to car maintenance and a waterproof cover. Various other Caterham bits.
