JAGUAR XKRS 2011 5.0 V8 Coupe 2dr Petrol Auto Euro 5 (550 ps)

This immaculate show condition 2012 model year French Racing Blue Jaguar XKRS has been in my ownership for approx. 3 1/2 years. In that time it has been an absolute dream to own.

As a Jaguar XK specialist and part of the XK development team I wanted this car to be the best example around and many people have complemented it as being “stunning”.

This car has not been sat around or been a garage queen, it has been driven regularly which is the best thing for any car.

You will see from the images the many £1,000.s spent on it bringing it to this stand out example. It has new brakes, Vulcan wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tyres, full OEM exhaust and all the suspension has been renewed with OEM parts so it rides/drives as it should and dare I say better than any other XK on the market. 20” Dark Technical Grey Vulcan wheels. Subframes and cross members have all be treated and recoated with chassis paint.

The gentleman in the photo is no other than Mr Ian Callum ex design director of Jaguar and Aston Martin. Ian has complimented me on the condition of the car and now owns a XKRS himself!

The engine bay is fully detailed with lots of Carbon Fibre. OEM engine cover, custom radiator cover, bulk head trays & strut cap tops. The outside again has a lot of OEM Carbon including front splitter, front bumper vents, bonnet vents, mirror covers, rear spoiler, rear diffuser, wheel centre caps & number plate plinth.

The interior is in excellent condition with contrasting warm charcoal bucket seats and Reims blue stitching, Leather Headlining, Alcantara steering wheel, leather headlining and paired with a piano black inlay veneer and air vents. We have installed a wireless phone charger making it again up to date with modern cars.

The blue paint work is almost flawless and has been ceramic coated.

The infotainment system was, by Jaguars own admission, out of date when fitted to all XK’s. I needed to address this and installed an amazing 12.1” “Tesla style” touch screen with matching piano black surround. It was mentioned to me by a senior person in Jaguar that if Jaguar were still making this model they would of fitted something similar. This new infotainment system brings everything in line with today’s modern cars. It connects seamlessly with the Bowers & Wilkins speakers, all cars functions & steering wheel controls. It even brings into play the voice activation button on the Alcantara steering wheel. This button was deactivated by Jaguar as it wasn’t reliable enough! The new system has full Apple Car Play and Android Auto so is very versatile. The sound quality is leaps and bounds better as it has its own modern sound processor. You can use Waze or google mapping, watch videos, play music, watch Sky etc…. The new system also allows for front a camera which is a god send when manoeuvring. You can even add additional gauges to the screen if required. If you are a purest I have retained the original system which can easily be reinstalled and is included in the sale.

As well as the usual MOT inspection I have had this car inspected by Auto Line giving it a full clean bill of health.
