1968 JAGUAR MK 11 3.4

Registered 23rd August 1968 this manual with overdrive 3.4 litre Jaguar has a large history file that shows much maintenance over the years, that includes rebuild of the cylinder head in 2003 and bodywork repairs and repaint in 2016. The file also contains general service and repair bills as far back as 1994. Fitted with power steering and Coopercraft front brakes the car sits on the chrome wire wheels and has 'Coombs' type rear wheel arches. The general condition of the car remains good with the interior wood work and trim in good order, both carpets and seat leather in fine order while the exterior body work is generally sound and corrosion free but showing some signs of age. Mechanically the car is strong, good oil pressure with no signs of smoke from the engine on cold start. The working power steering and functioning overdrive a real bonus, while the manual gearbox is also in good working order. This is not a mint example but a much loved and well cared for classic, useable and reliable. Showing just over 7,000 miles it has old MoT certificates that go back to 2007 when the milage was showing 4,214 miles. It is supplied with its original tool kit, and extra jack, car cover and a new Mot ( no advisories ) until 17.06.2026.
