1968 MG C ROADSTER

1968 MG C Roadster in Mineral Blue with Overdrive. Superb condition throughout.

Originally supplied by University Motors and now showing 42000 miles. Coming to sale after 10 years of ownership.

As the accompanying Heritage Certificate confirms, XLK 607G was delivered to University Motors Limited, London, on 3rd April 1968. Ordered in Mineral Blue with options of wire wheels, overdrive gearbox, tonneau cover and a pack-away hood. An extensive 30 year service and restoration file is included detailing the various investments made into the car's upkeep and improvement.

Fully restored throughout with engine and chassis numbers matching the Heritage Certificate. All aspects of the car are in superb condition and unlikely to disappoint a prospective buyer. It drives beautifully and is a world apart from the MGB in terms of sound, feel, refinement and performance. Departures from standard include lightened and balanced flywheel, drilled front discs, Koni Shock Absorbers and Parabolic Springs which improve the ride and handling over the standard setup. The upgraded leather seats and overdrive help make the car particularly comfortable over longer journeys.
