2012 HONDA CIVIC

Spares or repair.

MOT valid until 28/08/25. Current owner since 2018. Located in SE26.

Exterior of the car is in generally poor condition, with some repair work required. As a minimum it looks as though it will require a new passenger door, mirror, wing and tyre. From a limited test the car appears to drive OK but I would encourage you to make your own assessment. Paint is R81 Milano Red.

There are no warning lights present and the following are all working:

* Air-conditioning

* Climate control

* Auto-wipers

* Auto-headlights

* Heated seats

* Stereo

* Cruise control

* Parking sensors

* Rear-facing camera

As is the case with many Civics of this age the car has tended to need an oil top in between services. Similarly, there is a slight rattle occasionally evident when hot which has been present throughout my ownership.

Brakes and tyres are in good health, with the exception of the front left which was cut to the cords but not deflated.

Car is believed to be HPI clear but buyer should verify if of concern.
