FERRARI 550 Maranello

Ordered by the ‘first’ owner then sold on the actual day of handover to its ‘second’ owner on 11th April 2002. I purchased the car via Monks Heath Motors on 21st March 2009 becoming effectively the second real owner with the odometer showing 25868 miles.

I have been a Ferrari Owners Club member for 20 years during which we have owned a number of other Ferraris but none for as long as this. During our near 17 years of ownership we have made many trips around the UK and the continent including France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Holland etc during which it has shown to be a sublime Grand Tourer.

This 550 is one of only 7 in the UK in the rare option colour of Grigio Alloy (Met Powder Blue). Fitted with the further options of Blu Scuro (Dark Blue) leather interior with contrasting Grigio Scuro (Dark Grey) stitching, Blu Scuro (Dark Blue) Steering Wheel, Pillars & Roof and Dark Blu Carpets. Aluminium painted brake calibers and ‘Scuderia Ferrari’ wing shields. The car also has aftermarket Larini rear silencers and tail pipes.

The car benefits from a fully stamped service book from new, the last being a full belt service at 83628 miles, which included a full Air Con rebuild. Presented with the original leather pouches containing the Ferrari embossed tool & service kit and all the original handbook and service books, original Ferrari tyre sealant (in its original dust bag). All three key fobs including the all important Red master fob are present.
