PORSCHE 911 (996) CARRERA 2 TIPTRONIC S Cabrio 2002

For sale is my beautiful 2002 Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 2 Tiptronic S Cabrio, an outstanding low mileage example of this desirable model in the very rare Polar Silver exterior colour with Metropole Blue interior and hood.

Being my first Porsche I looked long and hard to find an exceptional example with provenance to support its condition, and eventually found and purchased this car several years ago from an elderly member of the Porsche Club of Great Britain.

It has been very well looked after throughout its lifetime with a full documented service history (17 stamps), and has had an upgraded IMS by Hartech fitted at circa. 40,000 miles and the RMS has also been upgraded previously. It also has an exceptional MOT history, having passed every MOT since 2011 without any advisories (last MOT was Aug 2025).

In addition to the many optional extras fitted from new, the vehicle also comes with:

- Factory hard top

- Upgraded LED rear light units fitted in 2017

- Heated electric seats in navy leather with Porsche Crest embossed in headrests

- Stainless steel sports exhaust fitted in 2017

- Modern Pioneer system has been fitted with Bluetooth and Apple Carplay features (the Original Porsche PCM is also available with the car)

- Cruise control fitted by Cavendish Porscha in 2020

- The much coveted Porsche Certificate of Authenticity also comes with the vehicle

The previous owner had a very expensive ceramic coating applied to the paintwork (including the hard top) which keeps it in gleaming condition and makes it so easy to clean. Like him, I’ve only used it on dry days and it’s always been garaged. The hood is in excellent condition with very minor marking/ scuffing considering its age (I’m being picky really), and the folding mechanism works faultlessly.
