Description
Full service history mainly Ford (except a couple of non dealer & the last service by Demon Performance), invoices included as well as the stamped service book. MOT expires June 2026.Just 5 previous owners before myself. I’ve owned this car for just over 3 yrs and covered around 3k only. The car is a very clean solid example and I have spent a lot of money investing into making it what it is today.
The car is modified to stage 2 live mapped by Leighton @Sabre.It made 328 bhp on Sabres dyno, it has a 4 stage electronic boost controller fitted so this can easily been turned down if required. So the turbo has been rebuilt to a hybrid spec and it has a Blitz electronic boost controller, Scangauage, boost guage, Sach organic clutch kit, K&N Generation 2 induction kit(new), BCS sport cat/downpipe(new), Airtec charge cooler radiator, Forge actuator, tubular manifold, Forge re circ valve, Miltek exhaust system, fully polybushed with Powerflex bushes.New H&R springs.Silicone coolant hoses.
Summer 2024 full suspension strip and fitted with all new Genuine Ford shocks,top mounts, bushes,dust covers, bolts etc & new H&R springs.
Summer 2025 full brake strip and replaced with new Brembo front discs and uprated Brembo HP2000 pads, rear Genuine Ford brake discs and Brembo pads, genuine Ford rear brake backing plates replaced also new brake pad fitting kits and slider bolt kits replaced. Front and rear calipers stripped and fully refurbed,repainted etc. New front and rear brake pipes also replaced with brand new items.
Other new parts just fitted include, new radiator and air con radiator, aircon re gassed and is freezing cold, works a treat.New header tank and cap,coolant replaced,door weather strips.
Other new parts fitted in my ownership, Bosch S004 battery, air con pipe,Bosch coil pack, leads and Denso Irridium ITV24 spark plugs, Front and rear Ford badges, engine mounts and lower gearbox mount, screen wash bottle,Sparco pedal rubbers, rear ARB clamps, charge cooler bushes, Battery tray and bolts.
Pete at Demon Performance April 2024 – Full service, cambelt kit change and auxillary belt plus tensioner replaced. Gearbox oil service, coolant replaced and Power steering fluid.
Pete at Demon Perfromance June 2024- Replaced turbo feed pipe and clips, replaced handbrake cables(genuine Ford), replaced power steering pipe and new rear anti roll bar link bushes(genuine Ford).
I have a load of new and used parts to go with the car lots of bits and bobs, got a spare steering wheel, original clutch, decat pipe, original charge cooler radiator. A few boxes of spare parts.
In addition to this I have a classic additions indoor car cover, MK1 owners club seat covers, mk1 owners club dash cover, original RS document wallet includes full book pack with service book and the all important RS original mats. Plus I also have the sales brochure for the car and the original bill of sale when the car was new. All this will go with the car. Just fitted a set of original dealer number plates and rear screen decal too.
I have two big folders full of invoices for this car from myself and the previous owners.
The car had an underside restoration carried out in 2016, I have all the paperwork for that and loads of pics too.The underside is still looking pretty good today considering it was done 9 years ago.
To summarise, this car has been very well looked after by it’s previous owners judging by what I can see by what has been done by means of Maintenance parts replaced,underside resto etc.
This is a good solid example and will be a very good purchase for somebody in my opinion.
