We are absolutely delighted to have this uber genuine late model 993 targa for sale fresh from a very comprehensive recommission after being in the hands of the last owner since 1999!!! Same owner on one of these for 26 years is very rare indeed so it deserved the huge amount of expenditure that has been spent to get it to the standard that it presents in today . Only 2 former keepers from new so superb provenance , 159k miles from new and with a fully stamped Porsche Dealer Service History from new , Full original book pack including original service book and corresponding factory sticker under the bonnet .

It is currently undergoing a major service at a local well respected air cooled Porsche specialist including fresh fluids, all filters and new spark plugs as well as a replacement of the rocker cover gaskets (a common 993 problem often not addressed at this age due to cost)

Bodywork:

This car had never had any paintwork until recently , scuttle panel was suffering with the usual 993 corrosion, windscreen was removed and all corrosion professionally cut out and re welded by a local classic car restoration specialist .

Front end had some stone chipping and lacquer peel to the bumper but the car was so straight and original the decision was made to strip the whole car and repaint it properly to take it to the next level .

All panels were stripped and removed from the body (apart from the doors) , door handles, wing mirrors were removed and the whole car apart from the roof frame was repainted .

Interior :

Interior trim was in superb condition overall but both front seats were worn and creased so the decision was made to re trim both in the correct marble grey leather and the centres pressed with the correct finish to ensure its as original as possible - this was a £2400 job alone .

Beautiful car finished in stunning Iris Blue Metallic with contrasting Marble Grey Leather . It is of course fully HPI clear and any inspection is more than welcome .
