EXTERIOR

Of exemplary racing lineage, the 458 has multiple endurance victories around the globe and everything about this car shouts performance – sculpted to optimise aerodynamics with leading engine, drivetrain and braking technology.

Looking glorious in a coat of Nero Daytona paint, glossy carbon fibre exterior details to the rear panel and front bumper compliment the bodywork perfectly. The athletic form shows very well in this stunning metallic – highlighting the various cooling and aerodynamic details from the front splitter and front wheel arch slashes to the rear lights which appear to ooze out of the bodywork.

INTERIOR

The cabin of this 458 is exceptionally well appointed with a tasteful mix of Carbon Fibre Racing seats in Nero leather with a contrast stitch as well as plenty of alcantara. The driving position is absolutely spot on with all controls falling easily to hand – a real ergonomic triumph that has survived well over time. The steering wheel feels beautiful to hold, with a perfect rim diameter, again finished in a combination of carbon fibre shrouded in alcantara.

Condition of the interior is excellent, presenting with no visible blemishes or wear, and a testament to the level of care and attention this Ferrari has been subject to throughout its life.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION

The Ferrari engine presents as a work of art, pride of place under the glass rear cover, with the extroverted details the Italian marque is known for.

Bursting into life at the push of the steering wheel mounted start button the naturally aspirated F136 has a distinctive timbre being a flat plane V8 that swells to a banshee scream as the revs rise to an incredible 9000 rpm.

The 7 speed dual clutch gearbox is lightning fast and very much in keeping with the genre of car, yet smooth and imperceptible via auto mode when driving at a more sedate pace.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES

The darker coloured wheels accentuate the menacing look with the Giallo brake calipers offering some subtle contrast. These stunning forged 20 inch rims are free from any marks and shod with a set of Michelin tyres – all showing plenty of tread.

Formidable ceramic brakes deliver exceptional stopping power, ensuring the car’s performance is matched by its control.
