LOTUS ELISE 111R 16V TOURING 2005

2005 Lotus 111r touring that has been substantially upgraded from its original spec and is basically a Lotus 2-11 in an Elise body.

Majority of parts came from Lotus own parts department with only a few being aftermarket where deemed to bring value to the project.

The car was bought by me in 2012 from copra's as a Cat-D with surprisingly little amount of damage. I am guessing the clam replacement was the issue for the insurance company hence the right off. I sold the car soon after finishing the build to fund buying an V6 Exige Cup. I bought the Elise back again around 2018/19 and it has been with me ever since. If it doesn't sell I have no issue keeping and finding a use for it.

The only reason it's up for sale again is a pending house build.

This is one properly quick well sorted Elise that was 260bhp long before the factory brought out the cup cars.

It has covered 24k miles since its total rebuild, only the engine carries the original milage which would be 59k.

Everything done has been with the best possible parts available to make the car as usable as the original with an additional 70bhp over stock.

This Elise is no garage queen and as such has the usual Elise body work issues. Stone chips, scuffs and some bubbling under the mirrors. Nothing to sever and can be easily fixed if it bothers you.

Priced realistically given you will not find another one like this.

I also have extensive list of spares for the car including a genuine 15K miles spare engine, gearbox, interior panels, brake parts, wheels etc all available by separate negotiation.
