2005 RENAULT CLIO

Here is my Renault Clio 182 Trophy for sale.

Trophy number 277 on 47k miles.

The time has come to sell the Trophy. Used sparingly on dry days and for shows for the past couple of years. It is in brilliant condition and must be one of the best left on the road. This very car was featured in the “Modern Classic” magazine and consequently won a group comparison with several other modern hatchbacks from that era. A copy of the magazine is also included with the purchase of the car. All original handbooks, Trophy CD ROM and 2 keys present. Tons of service paperwork included.

It has recently passed its MOT with just a blown side light for an advisory. Both front lower arms including the ball joints, genuine Renault top mounts were replaced less than 1k miles ago with a new genuine Renault clutch cable being fitted. Within the last 7 years the car has had new Sachs dampers installed and they work as they should. This Trophy chassis along with the Sachs dampers makes it such a special car.

The last cambelt/dephaser change was done in November 2019 along with an engine bay tidy up including the painting of the suspension turrets and intake manifold. Belts service is now pretty much due.

The all important Recaro seats are in superb condition and with only very light creasing to be seen. The steering wheel was refurbished within the last 5 years also.
