1996 TVR CERBERA

For sale is my 1996 P TVR Cerbera 4.2 in Avus Blue with Portland Grey interior.

The car has done 63k miles, I've owned the car since 2018 and covered nearly 7k of those miles.

To clear the elephant in the room, the car needs a full body respray as the lacquer is going particularly on bonnet/front wings/roof.

Car sits on 17" RL7 wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted less than 2yrs ago and only covered around 1k miles since

I've spent over £20k in the last 3 years, which includes an engine rebuild by Andy at APM as well as a number of mechanical upgrades to get the car running mechanically well.

I'm selling now as living in Central London, it's not conducive to get a full respray to get the car aesthetically immaculate to only worry about it on London's roads. It's time for someone else to enjoy the vehicle.

I have folder of all receipts in my ownership and history from prior owners but to summarise recent history since engine rebuild:

62,549 January 2025 - Franklins Sports and Classics - 6k service, new clutch slave and master cylinder, speedo transducer, waxoyl

August 2024 - Franklins Sports and Classics - Big brake upgrade: AP Racing CP6600 calipers, new uprights, new wheel bearings, new discs, new pads, new Upper wishbones and bushes. New front GazGold coil springs

April 2024 - Franklins Sports and Classics Lanoguard, Brake service due to judder, Diff oil

61,928 Dec 2023 - Franklins Sports and Classics 6k service, new front main seal, new Michelin PS4 all round, Diff Bush, wishbone bush

Aug 2023 - Python Racing new ACT exhaust manifold Gaskets, windscreen washer hoses, throttle cable, coolant, brake pads

59,623 Feb 2023 - APM 1k run in service inc valve clearance

58,641 December 2020 to August 2022 - Car sent to Jody at Python racing for rebuild. Heads were stuck on so engine was then sent to Andy at APM to rebuild with the process taking nearly 2years (heads took time to come off/COVID/parts). Oil lines, fuel lines, new ACT manifolds, heatshields, new AP racing Clutch, clutch slave and master cylinder, radiator, fluids among other things replaced

58,376 June 2020 - New CAI speedo/rev counter with digital readout installed
