Volvo C30 T5 R-Design, Manual, 2010, 6 Speed, huge spec from new

Owned 7.5 years, mature owner, 50 year old Volvo enthusiast whose previous car was an 850 T5.

Exceptional Condition, 2 previous owners, 75k miles, full service history in service books and accompanying maintenance folder (cam belt/water pump/all aux belts done in 2021 and 60k miles), 2 Volvo ‘Keyless’ fobs, V5 in my name. Along with usual maintenance items, in my time it’s also had the A/C condenser replaced and air conditioning serviced, new OEM drive shafts and a month ago a new Bosch battery fitted (unbelievably it was on the original battery from new). The car has been completely reliable and never let me down.

In addition to the usual high specification of the C30 R-Design, which includes Cruise and Climate control, this car had an impressive 18 optional extras at time of original purchase, the build sheet is included in the history file, some of the additional spec is shown below. I can also confirm it is ULEZ compliant.

I believe it is the one of the best condition and highly specified C30 T5’s in the UK, additionally it has been always garaged, most of the year this has been at my home in the South of France which has helped preserve it, no high humidity, British winters and salted roads.

In addition to the above specification the car has a Milltek Stainless Steel Cat Back exhaust fitted, this sounds brilliant and whilst silent on light throttle it allows the legendary 5 cylinder rumble when you get the chance to accelerate. This exhaust alone was over £1000 fitted.

I am unfortunately selling due to a permanent move abroad and reduced usage, although I’m not in any hurry to sell and know this car is extremely rare, last month a manual with slightly lower miles sold on Autotrader for £13.5k. At the time of advertising this is the only one for sale in the UK, despite this I am pricing it very competitively at £9250.

I’m sure the first to view will buy this collector’s car and I expect the value will increase further. The car will be serviced and 12 months MoT added before sale. Any inspection is welcomed.
