Description
I'm reluctantly selling my meticulously maintained BMW E90 M3 DCT. This car has been subject to extensive preventative maintenance, making it one of the best-sorted examples available. I have owned it since March 2023. The current mileage is 102k but this will rise slightly as the car is still in use. If you have any queries about anything please let me know.

Rod bearings and engine mounts
Throttle actuators
DCT and diff service
Injectors
VANOS covers
Aluminium valve covers
NRW inline fuel filter
Complete suspension refresh at 91k (see suspension, steering and brakes section)
Upgraded headlight projectors, new lenses, access caps and bulbs (OEM look, as bright as the sun)
Propshaft CB and flex disc
Idler, water pump and AC pulleys, belts and tensioners

The car is standard aside from primary decat, modstock stage 2 with GTS gearbox map, and an integrated automotive unit to allow Android auto/Apple carplay.
I am confident this is one of the best driving and future-proofed E90s out there. I have a spreadsheet of all documented work carried out, but I cannot link to it here. Please message me and I will send it over.
I do believe, unfortunately, there is some missing service information. On an MOT there was an advisory for rear brakes and tyres. At the following MOT this was clear (i.e. the work was done) yet there is no paperwork of it, and I believe an oil change was also done here, but cannot prove it.
Work under my ownership amounts to about £20k, much of which included free labour and even some free parts. It's worth noting at its last service and health check with RBM Hampshire (one of the best in the business) the car got a completely clean bill of health and an email from Ross saying “it’s all up together, and drives really well”.
Key specification
Black leather in good condition, base audio, cruise, heated seats, PDC front and rear, DCT.
Body, paint and interior
Body and paint are good, certainly for a car of its age. In 2023 I machine polished it and coated it with Gtechniq CSL and EXO V4. Even with a quick clean it comes up very well. Interior is very tidy for age, especially the driver’s seat base (replaced for new). Some minor wear to bolster and arm rest. Some stone chips to the front bumper. The diamond cut finish is good on all wheels, centre caps were replaced in January 2024 (from BMW) but there are some kerb marks present.
Engine and Gearbox
The engine is smooth and pulls cleanly and without any unwanted vibrations, noises etc from low rpm right to the redline. It starts from cold or hot without hesitation or funny noises and does not smoke.
Always warmed up carefully, never lugged or revved above 2500rpm cold, and driven with mechanical sympathy. Gearbox shifts exactly as it should.
Suspension, steering and brakes
There are no knocks or shimmies and the car tracks true even under heavy braking. The brakes are standard, but all 4 calipers were fully refurbished by Bigg Red Brakes (their premium service) and they work very well. The suspension is very good, and was all replaced in 2024 at 91k (at considerable cost!). Most arms OEM BMW but a few TRW. Eibach pro springs and Bilstein dampers. The new subframe with bushes was direct from BMW. I coated this with 2 layers of Bilt Hamber Dynax UB before putting it on the car. Given this it's going to drive far better and to how an M3 should drive than any garage queen with 50k on it and 14 year old rubber.
Electrics
All the electrics in the car work. There are no warning lights.
Ancillaries
All handbooks, owners manuals and 2 keys are present.
The MOT expires December 2025. If needed I can get a fresh MOT if a deposit is paid for the car.
Summary
Overall this is a very tidy, rare E90 M3 saloon which is truly ready to be enjoyed. It has had all of the preventative maintenance stuff done, and way more than your average E9x. I believe the price is a fair reflection of the condition of the car. Don't let the mileage put you off, this will drive far closer to how BMW built it than a lower mileage example on original suspension components.
